At Monclova Christian Academy, the safety of our students is a top priority. Our drop-off and pick-up procedures are designed to provide a safe, organized, and efficient experience for students, families, and staff. We appreciate your partnership in following these guidelines to help our school day begin and end smoothly.
Morning
Drop-Off Procedures
Students may be dropped off beginning at 7:30 AM. Families should follow the designated traffic pattern during morning drop-off to help ensure a safe and efficient arrival process.

Students should enter the building through the designated entrance located in front of Building D.

If using the drop-off line, parents should remain in their vehicles.

Students should be prepared to exit the vehicle promptly once they reach the designated roundabout area.

Students should exit the vehicle only after reaching the designated roundabout area.

Students should exit from the passenger side of the vehicle for their safety.

Please do not allow students to exit vehicles while in the car line. Students should only exit once the vehicle has reached the designated roundabout area.

If your student needs assistance from the trunk or requires additional time to unload items, please park and walk your student in rather than using the drop-off line. This helps keep traffic moving safely and efficiently for all families.
Afternoon
Pick-Up Procedures
Our afternoon pick-up procedures are designed to provide a safe and efficient dismissal process for all students and families. Please follow the guidelines below to help ensure a smooth transition at the end of the school day.
Elementary Pick-Up

Elementary pick-up begins at 3:00 PM in front of Buildings D & E.

Families should use their assigned car number when arriving for pick-up.

Please place your car number placard visibly on the driver’s side of the dashboard.

Students will enter vehicles on the passenger side only.

Parents should remain in their vehicles while in the moving car line.

Please follow the designated traffic pattern and remain attentive as the line moves through the pick-up area.
Junior High & High School Pick-Up

Parents of Junior High and High School students should park in front of Buildings A & B.

Students will exit through Building C for afternoon pick-up.

Parents should remain in their vehicles and wait for their students to come to the designated pick-up area.

Families should follow all parking and traffic guidelines to help maintain a safe and organized dismissal process.
